With more than 40 years of experience, JAMIL CATERING is more than just a business. It's a family passion and legacy passed down through generations.

 

With their reputation for being an approachable, affordable and friendly catering provider, their cooking has won many hearts and their business has flourished over the years through word-of-mouth.

 

JAMIL CATERING was established in 1974 by the late Haji Jamil Bin Palal and his wife, Hajah Rafiah Bte Ghazali (aka Mak Alus), who picked up and refined their cooking skills in Pontian, Johor Bahru. They began cooking for weddings at Singapore Turf Club quarters and launched their first family food stall, Delima Chicken Rice at Adam Road and are now located at 73A Ayer Rajah Crescent (timbre+).

 

Forty years later and the next generation of Jamil Catering is still cooking and serving people on special occasions. The family prides itself as a family of cooks, and is always happy to customise orders, whatever your request may be.

 

Their Nasi Jagung, Nasi Kunyit and their unique take on the favourite Nasi Briyani Kukus are made only with steaming with their unique pot, instead of conventional cooking.
